I knew I was going to make myself late for work, but I had to wait for the top of the hour broadcast, so I could hear Mr. Glenn for one last time. I will miss him.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9612924.post-1140714217199919962006-02-23T12:03:00.000-05:002006-02-23T12:03:00.000-05:00I am going to miss Christopher Glenn in the mornin...I am going to miss Christopher Glenn in the mornings as I'm on my way to work.

Like you, I grew up watching "In the News," and loved listening to Glenn break down the world's events.

Glenn's retirement is definitely another sign of an era that may not be captured again.Gary Digital Williamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03412456942984877958noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9612924.post-1138113053731277212006-01-24T09:30:00.000-05:002006-01-24T09:30:00.000-05:00I appreiciate your "Remembering Chris Glenn." Havi...I appreiciate your "Remembering Chris Glenn." Having grown up with and revered in the US Space program, his remarkable voice and style was a constant part of my life. Once and a while I catch one of his CBS radio broadcasts and his voice and delivery still sounds as resonate and comforting to me as it did during the wonderous glory days of the Cape Canaveral pioneers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
